The Ultimate Bridal Experience
Our signature bridal appointment is created for brides who are truly ready to say “YES” to the dress.
During your two-hour private appointment, you’ll enjoy an intimate and elevated bridal experience tailored entirely to you. Together, we’ll explore the styles you love, discover silhouettes that make you feel incredible, and help you find a gown that feels every bit as special as your wedding day itself.
To make the most of your experience, we recommend booking this appointment once your wedding date and venue are confirmed, you’ve thought about your bridal budget, and you’ve chosen the people you’d love beside you for this unforgettable moment. Many of our brides find their dream dress during their very first appointment, which is why we always encourage starting your journey with just one boutique and allowing yourself to fully immerse in the experience.

This relaxed and enjoyable appointment gives you the opportunity to try on different silhouettes, fabrics, and bridal looks while receiving expert styling advice in a pressure-free environment. It’s all about helping you build confidence, discover what you love, and enjoy every second of the experience. This is a 1 hour styling appointment available during weekdays only.
The Finishing Touches
Once you’ve found your dream dress, the excitement continues. We also offer beautifully curated follow-up appointments, including dress reveals and accessory styling sessions, designed to complete your bridal look and make every moment leading up to your wedding day feel just as special.

As we offer exclusive private appointments and close the boutique entirely for you and your guests, cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, along with missed appointments, may incur a £50 charge to cover the reserved time and private use of the boutique. We completely understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and all situations are considered with care and understanding.

Every dress within our boutique has been hand-selected to offer something truly special, luxurious gowns designed to make you feel incredible and create those unforgettable “wow” moments.
During your appointment at our beautiful bridal boutique in Alcester, Warwickshire, you and your bridal party will enjoy complimentary refreshments, exclusive one-to-one styling, unlimited gown selections to try, and access to our stunning collection of handcrafted bridal accessories to complete your look.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Samples and sizes
Our boutique is a luxury, modern bridal destination based in the beautiful market town of Alcester, Warwickshire, perfectly located near Worcestershire and the Cotswolds. Within our boutique, you’ll discover a carefully curated collection of designer wedding dresses, hand-selected from some of the world’s most sought-after bridal designers.
We believe every bride deserves to feel incredible, which is why our sample collection has been thoughtfully chosen in a wide range of sizes, from bridal size 8 through to 28. Bridal sizing is very different to standard high street sizing and gowns often come up smaller than expected, so we always encourage our brides to focus on how the dress makes them feel, rather than the number on the label.
Each gown in our boutique is a sample dress designed for trying on, meaning not every style will fit perfectly, and that’s completely normal. Our experienced stylists use professional fitting techniques, modesty panels, clips, and bridal styling tricks to help you truly envision how your gown will look and feel once it arrives in your size.
Once you’ve found your dream dress, we’ll take your measurements and order the closest designer size directly from the designer especially for you. As bridal gowns are made to standard length proportions and not tailored to individual height or shape, alterations are usually required to achieve that flawless, made-for-you fit. We work closely with a trusted recommended seamstress who can help perfect every final detail before your wedding day.
​The Process
When you say “yes” to your dress, a 50% deposit is required to begin the ordering process, with the remaining balance due once your gown arrives in the boutique.
Each of our designer dresses is lovingly made to order, with arrival times typically ranging between 4–8 months depending on the designer and collection. For the most enjoyable and stress-free experience, we recommend beginning your bridal journey around 12–18 months before your wedding day.
While it can feel tempting to start shopping very early, we always advise visiting us when you feel genuinely ready to find your dress. As a designer bridal boutique, our collections evolve quickly with seasonal trends, and styles can be discontinued throughout the year. We never want a bride to fall in love with a gown only to later discover it is no longer available.
For brides with shorter timelines, we also offer selected gowns with live stock availability, meaning they can be shipped much sooner. Alongside this, we have a beautiful collection of off-the-peg and outlet dresses available to take home the very same day, perfect for last-minute weddings or brides wanting a quicker timeline.
Please note, outlet and take-home-today gowns require full payment at the time of purchase.
OUR STORY
Annabel Sarah Bridal first opened its doors in May 2021 in the beautiful village of Bidford-on-Avon, founded with a vision to create a bridal experience that felt luxurious, personal, and truly unforgettable.
What began as a dream quickly grew into an award-winning bridal destination, known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional one-to-one service. After receiving multiple prestigious industry awards, including Bridal Retailer of the Year for the West Midlands at The Wedding Industry Awards, the boutique continued to flourish, leading to an exciting new chapter.
On 1st November 2024, Annabel Sarah Bridal relocated to an even larger and more luxurious boutique at 5 Evesham Street, Alcester, creating a beautiful new space where brides can fully immerse themselves in the magic of finding their dream dress.
Founder Annabel brings over 10 years of bridal industry experience and a genuine passion for helping brides feel incredible. Having worked closely with hundreds of brides over the years, she carefully curated a collection focused on exceptional craftsmanship, luxury fabrics, flattering fits, and modern designs that feel fashion-forward rather than ordinary.

Every gown within the boutique has been thoughtfully hand-selected from internationally renowned designers, with many dresses lovingly handmade in Barcelona by some of the bridal industry’s leading design houses.
